note: I won't draw chibi NSFW since they look like children.❥Communication• All communication will be conducted via Discord or Vgen.• Clients are expected to maintain open and timely communication throughout the commission process.• Clear reference images and detailed instructions, including any preferences or special requests, must be provided before work begins.• I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.• Disrespectful or abusive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the commission without refund.❥PAYMENTS
• For commissions under $100, full payment is required upfront.•If the price is higher, you can request a payment plan.❥REVISIONS
•Please specify upfront all the changes you would want to make in the initial sketch.•Major revisions (re-sketching/re-drawing of parts) won’t be entertained after Approval of the Sketch.•You can request simple changes like color changes in specific parts.•If it exceeds 3 changes, it will be charged extra (in the sketch phase)❥DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated completion time is communicated before payment and typically ranges from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.• Clients may request progress updates, but please note that unforeseen delays (e.g., illness, emergencies, technical issues) may occur.• Significant or extended delays will always be communicated in advance, along with the option for an adjusted completion estimate.•Rushed deadlines will come with a +100% fee.❥File Delivery & Format• Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution JPEG, transparent PNG, or PSD format, depending on the commission itself.• Clients are expected to download and back up their files upon receipt.❥ File Storage Policy• I will retain final files for up to 6 months post-delivery for backup purposes.• After this period, I am not responsible for lost or deleted files, so please ensure personal copies are safely stored.❥USE
•If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit/link me (@Sweetlittleneko) as the artist.• My artwork or designs are not to be used for NFTs, blockchain minting, AI training/generation, or similar technology.• Artwork and designs must not be used to promote or depict hate speech, discrimination, harassment, illegal activity, or other harmful content. Contextual or fictional use within character lore, storytelling, or worldbuilding is acceptable, as long as it is clearly not promoting or endorsing such behavior.• Unauthorized commercial use (e.g., unlicensed merchandise, branding, monetization, or marketing) is prohibited.• NSFW content involving minors, non-consensual themes, or violent/explicit depictions is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of rights.❥INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
•I have the right to use the commissioned artworks for promotion purposes. If you do not want me to post it, please let me know immediately.•Clients are not allowed to edit, trace, copy, or modify the final product.• Clients may not claim the artwork as their own, reproduce, redistribute, or use it for profit or business purposes without a proper commercial license or copyright transfer.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A FEE.❥REFUNDS
•All commissions are non-refundable. Please make sure you want the commission before purchasing, and please verify you are willing to wait the estimated time, as I am not able to refund.•Commissions that have reached 30 days uncompleted/undelivered after the estimated time may be negotiated for refunds.❥ Chargebacks & Disputes• Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without prior communication will result in blacklisting, revocation of rights, and potential resale or redistribution of the design or artwork.I HAVE A RIGHT TO CANCEL A COMMISSION IF:
★The client doesn't provide the instructions or references requested when starting the commission.★Due to conflict of decision by the client, by not providing the necessary feedback.★Or if I'm not able to complete expectations, since the client refuses to provide my requirements.★★★If I started the commission and I find it necessary to cancel due to any of these faults, the commission is delivered as such, and the money will not be refunded.❥ Chargebacks & Legal Action
• Unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or attempts to bypass these terms will result in permanent blacklisting and loss of all usage rights.❥ Terms Updates
